Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as an International Student Engagement and Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey, conducting individualized counseling sessions, analyzing student progress, and meeting performance targets for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement and Support: Provide guidance and counseling to students to ensure they remain engaged and motivated towards their learning goals.
- Individualized Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their learning needs, challenges, and aspirations.
- Progress Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on student progress and performance, including areas for improvement, and actionable insights to students and their families.
- Adherence to Ethical Standards: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in counseling practices. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and needs of students.
- Performance Targets and KPIs:
- Meet or exceed performance targets to set up a minimum one batch monthly.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the sales funneling and provide channels of growth.
- Maintain a progressive client acquisition and retention, and increase referral growths.
- Improve Sales Performance and Efficiency to streamline Sales Cycle, Length and Lead Response Time.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
● Proven experience in student counseling, recruitment, or related field.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse student populations.
● Knowledge of ethical standards and guidelines in counseling practices.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
● Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
● Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
