Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about university programs, courses, and admissions procedures.
• Answer inquiries from prospective students regarding the university, including eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and other admission-related queries.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of calls with detailed information.
• Schedule and organize appointments for admissions counseling, campus visits, or webinars.
• Assist students with the online application process and provide guidance on required documents.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and successful conversions.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to improve outreach strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Good listening skills and a persuasive, friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet targets.
