We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling graphics. You will be responsible for designing engaging and on-brand visuals for various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and more. The successful candidate will have excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

    Design Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, website elements, and more.
    Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
    Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to understand design needs and deliver solutions that meet project requirements.
    Concept Development: Generate innovative design ideas and concepts based on client briefs, market trends, and feedback.
    Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
    Revisions and Feedback: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on client or team input.
    File Management: Prepare and deliver final design files in various formats for print and digital use, ensuring proper resolution and formatting.

Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
    Skills:
        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
        Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
        Ability to create visually engaging designs that are both creative and functional.
        Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
        Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
        Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    Experience in UX/UI design and understanding of user-centered design principles.
    Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic web development skills.
