Job Description

Identify and target potential franchisees through various lead generation strategies.

Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to explain the franchise opportunity and value proposition.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the initial stages of their partnership.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Foster and manage relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and franchisee interactions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

Present our franchise opportunity clearly and answer any questions prospects may have.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management to track performance and progress towards goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchisees to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and track the budget allocated for franchisee acquisition and related sales activities.

Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements, ensuring that they are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.

Set achievable sales that align with company goals and regularly monitor progress to ensure these targets are achieved.
