Communication through email, phone an written Correspondence. Preparing documents on custom software.
Your job profile is as under :
1. Searching vendors on the internet and sending them enquiries.
2. Following up with vendors on email/calls.
3. Receiving quotes with supporting documents.
4. After finalization of order to send order sheet to vendors and follow up till consignment
is delivered to us/our forwarder.
5. Follow up with the forwarder for export clearance and shipment.
6. Preparing and submitting export documents to the bank and keeping all in record.
7. You may also need to correspond with QA/QC of the respective vendor/manufacturer.
