Designation: Executive- Vendor Development/ Traffic

Reports to: Branch Manager

Office Location: Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Position Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Getting Indent from customer on daily basis

• Engaging vehicles from vendors and placing with customer

• Checking Market rates and submitting report on daily basis to BM and ZM

• Providing timely ATH and BTH to vendors

• Ensuring all market vehicle are loaded and unloaded on time

• Generating new vendors

• Tracking competitors with rates and vehicle status

Primary Responsibilities:

Vendor Management, Rate Verification & Ensure Vendor Payments Collection on time.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Vehicle Placement Performance

• MV-Claim Ratio

• Delivery as per TAT, nil late penalty

• Claim Ratio - MV Business

• Recovery of Claims in MV business

• ATH/ BTH Ontime completion

• Up-to-date status of vehicles

• Achievement of % profit margin - MV

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 3-6 Years in (Vendor Management or Traffic )

Hindi Speaking would be added advantage.
