Job Description
• Minimum 6 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in spinal cord injury care or related specialty.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care for spinal cord injury patients.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices and professional development.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress, assess needs, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for nursing staff on best practices in spinal cord injury care.
• Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and support for nursing operations
