Client Follow-up: Maintain post-expo communication, addressing client inquiries and uncovering further investment prospects.
Lead Management: Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of client interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and lead management.
.Need to have a good understanding of the local real estate market, be able to assess the value of properties, and effectively communicate with clients.
You'll also handle negotiations, prepare and review contracts, and guide clients through the entire buying process. It's a dynamic and rewarding job that requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate
