We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at PODAR World School, Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions and fostering strong relationships with the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
School Outreach: Actively visit various schools, colonies, and community centers in Bhopal to promote PODAR World School's unique offerings and educational philosophy.
Admissions Follow-Up: Efficiently manage the admissions process, including scheduling appointments, conducting parent consultations, and following up with prospective students.
Parent Counseling: Provide comprehensive guidance and support to parents throughout the admissions journey, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local educational institutions, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Sales and Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into admissions, ensuring that PODAR World School meets its enrollment targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to expand the school's reach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective interaction with parents and stakeholders.
Sales and Persuasion: Proven track record in sales and persuasion, with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to find creative solutions.
