Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assess customers’ needs for travel plans and advice on best options
• Source, negotiate and book flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel related services
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
• Maintain up to date knowledge of destinations and current industry trends
• Liaise with travel partners and suppliers to determine best options
• Make recommendations and provide advice to customers on travel plans
• Create detailed itineraries for customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow up calls
Requirements:
• 0-1 years' experience in the travel industry
• Excellent knowledge of different geographical areas and cultural attractions
• Excellent customer service skill
• Strong negotiating and organisational skills
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant software and booking systems
