Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring timely invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date billing records and financial reports.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate billing based on contract terms.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the billing cycle.
