Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant / Sales Consultant
Description:
We are actively seeking a proficient Senior Sales Consultant to join our
dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in
driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and contributing to
the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Requirements:
● Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on complex
solutions or high-value products/services.
● Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build
and maintain long-term partnerships.
● Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
and objectives.
● Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within
target industries.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized
solutions that meet client needs.
● Lead negotiations and drive the sales process from initial contact to
contract signing.
● Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client
satisfaction and retention.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor
activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a
consultative selling environment.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on exceeding targets.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment
