Job Description

  1. Utilize the Upwork/Zoho/Apollo/Lusha/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ZoomInfo/Social Media
  2. Platforms platform to generate leads and identify suitable clients and projects aligned with ourservices, while collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
  3. Run Outbound campaigns (email, call LinkedIn) and generate meetings, while conducting product demos for prospects and converting them into paying customers.
  4. Have a monthly qualified meeting and bookings target, while keeping all customer interactions updated in our CRM and providing weekly updates on the progress against goals.
  5.  Be assessed on the quality of your pipeline and CRM hygiene, and be compensated based on booking generated every month along with other kickers announced from time to time.
  6.  Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights, contributing to the enhancement of product offerings, and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote company visibility.
  8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance sales skills and stay abreast of best practices in B2B sales, and actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights, challenges, and successes to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
