Architect/interior designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present design concepts for architectural and interior design projects.
• Create detailed architectural and interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Select and specify materials, furnishings, and color palettes for interior spaces.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
• Regularly conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture or interior design (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Architect and Interior Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
