Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
2.Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
3.Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition.
4.Address employee concerns and conflicts.
5.Foster a positive work environment.
6.Implement employee engagement initiatives.
7.Assist in developing performance appraisal systems.
8.Support managers in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
9.Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages.
10.Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation.
11.Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
12.Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
13.Maintain employee records and HR databases.
14.Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant HR experience (typically 0-1year).
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Skills:
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
