Job Objective:
To ensure that all the policies, directives and plans set out by the central team are implemented.
Activities & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all the activities listed in the JD of QAT
• Check academic parameters basis the academic quality checklist and report the same to the Head of Academic Excellence
• Prepare and implement the action plan basis the gaps identified during the school visit
• Ensure implementation of Ryan Lesson plans
• Ensure adherence of assigned schools to all academic guidelines shared by CO
• Ensure maintenance of all processes as listed in the Academic Manual by the school and school head
• Implementation of academic practices covered during teacher training
• Responsible for overall academic improvement of each schools assigned to this individual.
