Job Description
1. We are looking for Candidates who have excellent communication and chatting skills.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries over Whatsapp Groups, Personal Chat, and Incoming & Outgoing calls.
3. Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions politely they may have.
4. Curate offering from different service providers, negotiate and drive closures by providing the best options.
5. Recommend products and services to customers.
6. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
7. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.
8. Drive conversions by understanding customer problems, and helping the company achieve sales targets.
