Identify potential land for our construction projects.
Conduct research and gather on small to large size plots and landowner information.
Negotiate and obtain leases or contracts from the Landowners.
Ensure all land acquisitions are completed within budget.
Monitor and track the progress of land acquisition projects.
Work with local government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
