Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making.
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings.
Document current and future state business processes using modeling techniques such as flowcharts and business process diagrams.
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with business requirements.
Create detailed system requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on existing processes, systems, and stakeholders.
Provide risk assessments and mitigation strategies for proposed solutions.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
Present analysis results, project updates, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Collaborate with testing teams to identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.
Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
