LOB: Airtel Black RM
Salary: CTC - 29,600 INR Monthly (25,300 INR In hand)
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service within the BPO industry (Mandatory).
Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory).
Graduates can only apply.
5 Days working with no transportation or meal provisions.
Rotational Shifts for Male candidates (24/7 availability required).
45 days of paid training.
Age Limit - 30 years.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Airtel Black customers.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide personalized assistance and support to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
