Assistance Manager / Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager - Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scouting available real estate properties for lease or sale in the assigned locations, maintaining relationships with property owners, and facilitating site visits for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen understanding of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify available real estate properties for lease or sale in the assigned locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate developers to stay updated on available properties and negotiate favorable terms.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential clients, ensuring properties are showcased effectively and all client queries are addressed.
- Provide detailed briefings to clients regarding property specifications, location advantages, and unique selling points (USPs) of the proposed real estate.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of property transactions and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.
