Job Description
We are seeking a Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting US client with selling of services or products, possess excellent customer service skills, as well as a strong proficiency in scheduling appointments. .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the US team by selling services and scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management on sales activities and performance metrics.
Manage multiple tasks with varying priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably in sales or customer support.
Excellent sales and convincing skills
Strong outbound calling experience, including cold calling and lead generation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
