Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller in our technical support team, you will be responsible for the following:
Customer Interaction:
Handle incoming calls from consumers seeking technical assistance related to our products or services.
Address queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate information.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our technical offerings, including software applications, hardware components, and network configurations.
Be well-versed in common technical terms and concepts.
Problem Resolution:
Listen actively to customer concerns and diagnose technical problems.
Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve issues over the phone.
Escalate complex cases to senior technical support staff when necessary.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information.
Ensure accurate recording of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
Order Processing:
Assist customers in placing orders for technical products or services.
Process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
Customer Satisfaction:
Strive for excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
