Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate team members to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
• Supervise shift operations, including opening/closing procedures and managing shift changes.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service, handling complaints professionally.
• Maintain quality control by ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and coach new team members, and provide ongoing support for performance improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and minimize waste through efficient ordering.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions..
• Maintain open communication with management and staff to address operational issues.
