Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to manage and oversee the tendering process for waste management projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tender management and a thorough understanding of the waste management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including identification of tender opportunities, preparation of tender documents, submission, and follow-up.
• Develop and implement strategies for successful tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure all tender requirements are met.
• Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents and identify key requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and risk assessments for tender proposals.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tenders

Qualifications

• Graduate or above.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the waste management industry. 
• GEM portal efficiency and understanding.
• Strong understanding of the tendering process and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
• Ability to work independently.
