Profile- Telesales
Process- Outbound Sales
Product – Overdraft and Personal Loan
Experience- 1-3 Years ( in personal loan and overdraft sales)
Location- Building no.- C- 95 first floor, Noida Sector 2 (Nearest metro station-Noida sector 15)
Key Responsibilities
• Handling Outbound Calls
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
• Personal Loan & OD product to sell directly to customers
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.
Skills Required-
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Outstanding ability to follow scripts
• Pleasant and customer-oriented individual
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
