Job Description
Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Responsible for sourcing the CVs through job portals Naukri, internal database, and references
• Screening the profiles by conducting preliminary checks (Communication Skills, Academic Qualifications and Experience, CTC, Reason for job change).
• Maintaining pipeline of quality profiles and assuring delivery within stipulated time.
• Scheduling telephonic, Virtual Interviews and face to face interviews
• Coordinating with candidates throughout the interview process and Salary Negotiations
• Follow-up with the shortlisted candidates.
• Post offer follow-up until the candidate on boarding.
• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of junior, middle and senior level professionals.
