Hyperspace is a service-based company specializing in software development and delivering cutting-edge software products across a wide range of platforms. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiting HR to join our team remotely.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Recruiting HR with experience in IT and technology recruitment. This individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for various technical roles as we embark on an exciting upcoming project. The role will require 4 hours of work each day and will be completely remote.


As a Recruiting HR, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the hiring process in collaboration with the technical teams. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of various software development platforms, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to engage with candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.


Additionally, the candidate should either have access to job portals that require subscriptions or be adept at utilizing free job portals and platforms efficiently to source and attract quality candidates. The ability to creatively leverage both free and paid resources for maximum candidate reach is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates across various technical domains, including but not limited to Full Stack Development, DevOps, Cloud Computing, Data Science, AI/ML, and more.

Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Post job openings on appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment networks.

Actively headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks, utilizing both subscription-based job portals (if available) and free job platforms.

Innovate with cost-effective ways of sourcing talent using free or open platforms.


Candidate Screening:

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and cultural alignment with Hyperspace.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

Follow up with candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.


Collaborative Hiring Process:

Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand specific role requirements and candidate qualifications for each position.

Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability.

Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, from interview to offer.


Administrative and Documentation Support:

Maintain an up-to-date and organized candidate database about applicants.

Draft job descriptions and role requirements in collaboration with technical teams.

Ensure all recruitment-related documentation and records are properly maintained.


Employer Branding:

Actively promote Hyperspace’s values, culture, and work environment to potential candidates.

Engage with potential talent pools via social media and networking events to build Hyperspace’s employer brand.


Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with local employment regulations.

Prepare regular recruitment status reports for management, tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and candidate conversion rates.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Experience:

2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on hiring for IT and software development roles.

Proven track record of recruiting for various technical roles, including software development, DevOps, cloud services, AI/ML, data science, and more.

Prior experience working in a remote setup is a plus.


Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of software development platforms, frameworks, and tools.

Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical requirements to potential candidates.


Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence potential candidates.

Ability to convey technical role requirements clearly to non-technical candidates.


Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple recruitment tasks.

Experience with recruitment management tools.


Soft Skills:

Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.


Nice-to-Have:

Previous experience working in a software development company or IT services industry.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or AngelList.

Knowledge of remote hiring best practices and experience in hiring remote talent.


Working Hours:

4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours).

Completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.


Compensation:

Competitive part-time compensation, to be discussed during the interview process.
