As a Business Developer at HTD careers Pvt Ltd you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with senior management and various teams within the firm to expand the consulting services portfolio and meet the company’s long-term strategic goals. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the consulting industry and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in target sectors.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutual agreement on scope, deliverables, and pricing.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with consultants and technical teams to align business development activities with the firm's service offerings and project capabilities.
• Revenue Growth: Drive the achievement of revenue targets by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales and business development reports to senior management, tracking progress and refining strategies as needed.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
• 1 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting services, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
