Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Professional with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, employee wellness programs, and organizational health initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance yearly event.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research on policies and practices that support a healthy workplace culture.
· Collaborate, Design and Stich the Yearly Event
· Connect with organisations (Corporates/ SME’s) to identify areas they have worked on - employee health and wellbeing.
· Track and analyse the effectiveness of wellbeing programs through surveys and other metrics run by them in 2023-2024
· Develop and disseminate communication materials to promote the event
· Utilize various channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, social media) to keep employees informed about available support and upcoming events.
· Create a Dashboard with findings
· Prepare reports and presentations
· Manage event-related - budgets, materials, and external service providers.
· Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 3-6 years of experience in employee wellbeing, mental health, or a related area.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Empathy and active listening skills.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Proactive and innovative mind set.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
