Helpdesk engineers prepare accurate and timely reports. They should ensure that all issues and problems are properly documented and logged.
Advising on upgrades
Helpdesk engineers may advise on software or hardware upgrades.
Customer service
Helpdesk engineers should communicate well with customers, pay attention to their concerns, and provide clear, regular updates.
