Job Description


Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 8-10 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)

CTC: Up to INR 10,00,000 per annum


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the designated area.

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies as needed.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
