Position: Business Development Manager in Freight Forwarding Field
Location: Chennai
Preffered: Under 36 Years of age, 2+ Years of experience in Freight Forwarding Field at Sales/Business development position
Skills: Good Communication in Both Tamil and English, Problem Solving, Computer Knowledge
Personality: Extrovert
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and terms of service, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any service-related issues or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
