Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and target potential clients: Proactively reach out to businesses in need of accounting and tax services.
2.Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their accounting needs and offer appropriate solutions.
3.Sales presentations and negotiations: Conduct presentations to prospective clients, explain the benefits of the accounting services, and handle negotiations.
4.Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas by closing new business deals.
4.Collaborate with the accounting team: Work closely with the accounting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
5.Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential market opportunities.
6.Lead generation: Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing to generate leads.
7.Proposal creation: Develop customized proposals for prospective clients based on their needs.
8.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead follow-ups, deal closures, and client feedback.
