Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) specifically for e-commerce products in the Indian market. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our e-commerce products.
Audience Targeting: Identify and target specific customer segments to maximize ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to refine audience strategies.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Budget Management: Effectively manage ad spend to achieve KPIs within budget constraints.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in Meta advertising policies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta ads for e-commerce brands in the Indian market.
Skills: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ad strategies.
