- Interns work on assignments that are designed to give them hands-on experience and training in the various aspects of operations/production.
- They may work on Core Production Operations, manufacturing, testing, quality, Inward or research and development projects, Sales and marketing, Service, Civil Construction, and electronic products as per the organizational requirements.
- Responsible for production plan (shift scheduling, manpower planning material planning, etc) implementation monitoring productivity, and troubleshooting
- Interns may also work along with experienced engineers and the section in charge to learn about the industry and the company's operations and practices.
- Interns are also responsible for implementing procedures and processes like QCC, 5S, Safety, and Kaizens within the company.
- Responsible for training operators/ARTs on various SOPs and ensuring high productivity.
- Responsible for role modeling organizational values, attitudes, and leader behaviors and ensuring all team members are in alignment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma– EEE, Mechanical, ECE, Civil,
- 2023/2024 without any active backlogs at the time of appearing for the test.
- Min 55% and above in the qualifying examination
- Work location : Chittoor, Hyderabad, Tirupati
- Work Mode : WFO
