💼 Roles & responsibilities :

• Engage with customers through calls, messages, emails, and in-person meetings to thoroughly understand their travel needs.

• Multiple follow-ups with Customer and Vendor to close Booking.

• Curate and sell comprehensive domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and sightseeing experiences.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and generate new business through referrals, social media platforms, and professional networking.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on destinations, pricing, availability, and travel regulations.

• Prepare customized quotations, manage end-to-end bookings, confirm services, and ensure seamless coordination until the sale is finalised.

• Maintain accurate and organized customer records within the CRM system.

• Upsell value-added services such as travel insurance, visa assistance, and currency exchange.

• Foster strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

• Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a customer-centric approach.

• Consistently strive to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Stay informed about emerging destinations, market trends, promotional offers, and industry updates.

📌 Who should apply?

• Any graduate (freshers can apply).

• Up to 1 year of experience in travel or customer service (optional).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good negotiation and sales closing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of GDS/booking platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

• Interest in Travel & Tourism.

• Typing speed should be 24 WPM with 95% Accuracy
