🎯 Your Role

As a Sr. Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with SME & startup clients, understanding their business needs, and helping them choose the right services.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strong customer engagement.

• Connect with SME and startup prospects through outbound & inbound calls.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.

• Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales pitching.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

• Follow up with interested leads and nurture potential customers.

• Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on customer needs.

• Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer experience.

• Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information with the management team.

• Experience in SaaS, Startup Services, BFSI, Consulting, or Business Services sales is an added advantage.
