* Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely
- Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)

* Salary & Incentives
- Experienced Candidates Only: 20,000–30,000/month (based on experience)
- 2,000 Attendance Bonus for full monthly presence
