Executive / Senior Executive - Project Execution

1. Understand the scope of work study the BOQ, drawings.
2. Prepare MDN of raw material extract for each line item and raise MDN as per timeout
3.Manpower planning for entire site including sub contractors and monitor deployment
4.Prepare Work Method Statements for all major line items and getting the same approved.
5.Monitor daily production with optimum utilization of material, manpower and control wastage.
6.Prepare checklist as per work method statement and ensure zero non compliance to the checklist
7.Ensure work quality, timely identification n real time rectification of snags.
8.Add on support to MEP n Allied works
9.Proper utilization of site infrastructure, display n maintain site branding as per site conditions, job specific, prevent damages or misuse of site infrastructure and timely return of infra material to site store or rental agency.
10.Project record keeping All site documentation including TDS, Delivery challans, material inspection report , test certificates, operating manuals, to be filed in a timely and organized manner.
11.Collate, prepare & submit daily, weekly work report as per timeout.
