Database Management: Maintain and update daily call reports and customer details in Excel or CRM.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential leads to ensure they remain interested.
Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing and locations.
Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to pass on high-quality leads for closing.
