Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee and grow sales in the assigned territory for our consumer durables products. The TSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, managing channel partners, and ensuring excellent in-store visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
Manage and grow a network of distributors, dealers, and retailers.
identify and onboard new channel partners and retail outlets.
Drive secondary sales through effective retail engagement and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong market presence and customer relationships.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Train and motivate sales promoters and ground staff.
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and service teams for smooth operations.
