The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining product features, and closing sales. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell kitchen appliances.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products based on requirements.
Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and usage benefits effectively.
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Handle customer queries and resolve objections confidently.
Schedule product demos or appointments for field sales representatives if needed.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on the latest kitchen appliance models, features, and market trends.
