Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Business Development Executive who is fluent in Hindi and has basic computer skills. The candidate will support the sales team by generating leads, making client calls, and assisting in expanding the business. This is a great opportunity to start your career in sales and business development with on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads by making cold calls and reaching out to potential clients primarily in Hindi-speaking regions.
* Understand client needs and communicate product or service information clearly.
* Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
* Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
* Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
* Learn and grow sales skills through training and mentorship.
* Meet daily and monthly sales targets under supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
* Fluency in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
* Basic computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet browsing.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Positive attitude and team player.
