Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Arabic Customer Support Executive to act as the primary point of contact for customers. This role involves delivering high-quality support across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
The ideal candidate will have strong Arabic and English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, live chat, and social media related to digital banking products and services
Support customers with account-related requests such as account opening, closure, and maintenance
Address customer queries and complaints effectively, escalating complex cases when required
Meet defined KPIs such as resolution time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Stay updated on banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/contact center role within banking or financial services
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (minimum B2 level)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements
Open to working in shifts, including weekends
Additional Information
Must be flexible to work in APAC business hours
