Job Title: Solar Inside Sales Executive
Location: Dulapally, Hyderabad
Experience: 0–3 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Solar Inside Sales Executive to handle customer interactions remotely and promote solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead management, customer engagement, and sales conversion through calls and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for solar product inquiries
Generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
Explain solar solutions (rooftop systems, benefits, ROI, subsidies)
Share pricing details and proposals with customers
Follow up with prospects to close sales
Maintain and update customer data in CRM
Coordinate with field sales/design teams for site visits when required
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of solar products (training can be provided)
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications:
Minimum: Any degree/diploma preferred
Freshers or candidates with inside sales/telesales experience
Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives
