💼 Role: Business Development Executive
As a BDE, you'll play a key role in driving enrollments, engaging with aspiring professionals, and helping them choose the right learning path. If you love talking to people, achieving targets, and being part of a high-energy team — we want to hear from you!
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Connect with working professionals & guide them on program choices
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (consultation + enrollment)
- Achieve monthly targets & maintain daily activity reports
- Build strong client relationships & follow up consistently
- ✅ What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication & persuasive skills
- Sales experience preferred (EdTech/FMCG/BPO/Tele-sales)
- Target-driven & self-motivated
- Freshers with strong communication may also apply
