We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Officer /Manager who will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, to help us expand our clientele.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Generating Leads through cold calling and any other Marketing sources for increasing the client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals, Drafting and reviewing contracts
Negotiating with Clients
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally and reporting areas that need improvements
High-level of good written and verbal communication skills and Proficiency in English
Must be Hardworking
Must exhibit a high level of Professionalism
Client management skills
Ability to negotiate
working on exceeding targets
Proficiency in MS Office, mail, Excel & PPT
Time management and planning skills
Must Possess Two Wheeler (preferred to have)
Should be open to work on field and Travel
