Experience: 0 to 1 Year 

Skilled in Sourcing, maintaining trainer databases and training coordination. Well versed with end-to-end training life cycle from analysing the training needs to successful training delivery.

Hands-on experience in working with various sourcing tools such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities Handled: Understanding the technologies Resource Management Sourcing strong and Cost-effective trainers Getting a trainer profile from the location of the training (which saves cost) .

Trainers Convincing the trainer and making him/her understand the requirement Maintaining good collaboration with the sales teamwork with the technical training requests/needs – details and tracking with the training request portal.

Trainer identification – internal or external Vendor Management for External Trainers – trainer evaluation & shortlisting (calls between SMEs and trainers).

Negotiations & scheduling Interacting with Facilities for Training readiness in delivery locations.

Qualification- BBA/BA/B. Com or any Gradate

Communication – Excellent written and verbal

Work Location- Pune (work from office)
