Job Description for Dot Net Developer
What you'll do:
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Prepare and maintain code for various .Net applications and resolve any defects in systems.
Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
Coordinate with other software professionals and developers.
Prepare test based applications for various .Net applications.
Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action
Plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems.
Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
Create technical specifications and test plans
Monitor everyday activities of system and provide require support.
What you'll need:
Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET framework, and design/architectural patterns
4-7 years of relevant work experience in .NET, ASP.NET
Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
Knowledge of developing REST APIs using C#
Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for large-scale systems
Very good understanding of service architecture & application security
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Able to work well in a team setting
